Their new solutions and go-to-market framework helped them differentiate, solidify channel partnerships with key vendors like Microsoft, and accelerate growth. This year alone they have already smashed through their 5-year target in just 2 years and won awards such as the coveted CRN Fast50, naming them the fastest growing IT company in Australia in 2019.

We spent the day with LAB3 in an interactive kickoff session gathering input and pushing on key areas of differentiation across the board, from the types of solutions offered to defining what business LAB3 is really in.

A recognizable identity
Once we defined who LAB3 was on a strategic, creative and tactical level, it was clear their new story needed a visual identity to match, so we set to work rebranding. The new brand captures their fearless motto and bleeding-edge technology, giving them the right platform to connect with prospects and customers.

Keeping active
LAB3 is not one to sit still, so while we were creating the brand, we were also helping develop their investor strategy so they can continue growing, with plans to open offices in 3 new cities next year, and launching new industry products to market from LAB3-Lumen, their innovation incubator.

Our ongoing journey: From fresh to fearless
LAB3 brought a wealth of human experience to the table, but as a company they were still fresh-faced. With their new value propositions and brand, they can now more effectively communicate how they are helping customers fearlessly take on challenges and the value they bring to the tech world by pushing the bar.
And it’s clear the new propositions resonate in the market. LAB3 not only landed a number of large customers in the finance and energy space within months of starting our work together, they had companies knocking on their door trying to buy them (we won’t say who…), and they have already won multiple industry awards including CRN Fast50… plus they don’t plan to stop!
