Choose No Lock-In.

FUJIFILM CodeBlue built a more flexible contract model and needed a launch to match. We created Choose No Lock-In, a customer-first stance against how the IT services market has always worked.

The challenge

In a competitive IT services market, FUJIFILM CodeBlue Australia saw a way to stand out and make customers happier at the same time. Traditional long-term contracts no longer matched what customers wanted, so the company built a more dynamic model. It needed to reach the market in a way bold enough to get noticed.

What we built

We created the Choose No Lock-In strategy and concept, asking why customers should be tied to lengthy, inflexible contracts at all. Customers should choose what suits their IT needs, and stay for the quality of service.

  • Built unique, bold creative that avoided the blue logos, stock photography and conventional messaging of the category
  • Landed on a fresh, modern design matching FUJIFILM's innovative ethos and its target audience
  • Tailored messaging to the specific challenges businesses face today, highlighting flexibility, scalability and quality support

The result

  • Positioned FUJIFILM as a customer-first innovator
  • Boosted brand differentiation in a crowded market
  • Strengthened customer trust through flexible terms
  • Enhanced FUJIFILM's reputation for delivering adaptive IT services

Partnering with Paal15, we designed and launched a modern, customer-centric campaign that stands out in the crowded ITS market and clearly communicates our value proposition, emphasising our commitment to putting our customers' needs first.
