From strategy to 500 sellers in 4 months.

When the pandemic changed how people thought about work, Telstra Purple wanted to lead the new workplace conversation. We took them from strategy to assets in sellers' hands in four months.

The challenge

Telstra Purple wanted to own the post-COVID workplace narrative, but struggled to combine its capabilities and Microsoft technologies into customer-facing messaging and solutions. The market was competitive and the window was closing, so speed mattered as much as clarity.

What we built

We redefined the workplace portfolio as Workplace Experience, capturing the shift towards tailoring to individuals.

  • Drew on deep industry knowledge and Telstra Purple's specific capabilities to build a modular approach to solution building
  • Combined four core elements across applications, services, connectivity and physical tools to support sales

The result

  • Went from strategy and creative to assets in sellers' hands in four months
  • A salesforce of 500+ can now tell the Workplace Experience story and communicate value through integrated solutions
  • Sped up in-flight product launches and deep dives, aligning the organisation around one repeatable strategic foundation

Paal15 were skilled at capturing our key differentiators in market, and helped us to create clear messaging of our portfolio in a way that resonates for both our internal sales teams, as well as our customers.
