Reworking the strategy

  • Value propositions

    We started by mapping-out and defining customer value propositions across all of Sentia’s new companies and markets, to allow Sentia to not just maintain customer experiences, but enhance them too.

  • Company proposition

    For each company, we then looked at the unique space they worked in – re-defining, re-structuring and re-mapping of the core value propositions to both align them with the Sentia Group and work-in newly acquired capabilities and man-power.

Bringing the strategy to life

Concept and messaging

Using the value props as a starting point, we mapped-out an approach to sell them consistently to Sentia’s different audiences. For this, we designed a new concept, unifying the Group under one defining philosophy ‘lead the way’.

Internal enablement

We created messaging and visual frameworks for each market to help them tell the Sentia story – updating existing assets, creating new ones and supplying tools to bring employees together across companies, countries, and cultures.

Bringing strategy to market

  • Proposition roll-out

    With a solid blueprint in place, we carefully rolled-out Sentia’s new story and positioning to its employees, its future talent and its existing customers and prospects across all its new and existing markets.

  • Strategic re-targeting

    We strategically targeted high-growth sectors with tailored messaging, developing and optimising campaigns for awareness, account-based lead generation and specific verticals.

  • Ongoing support
